These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DearHua Tools at dearhua.com ("the site", "we", "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Because all processing happens in your browser's memory, practical limits apply. Each tool states its maximum supported file size on the page (currently 500 MB for video tools and 100 MB for the HEIC converter). Files exceeding the stated limit will be rejected with an on-page message. Very large files within the limit may still be slow or fail on devices with limited memory (especially phones) — this is a limitation of browser-based processing, not a defect of the service.
The site's design, text, and code are our property or used under open-source licenses. The underlying conversion engines (FFmpeg, heic2any and similar libraries) are open-source software used under their respective licenses. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your files to us — your files remain yours, and since they never leave your device, we claim no rights over them.
The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular conversion will succeed on your device. Converted files are produced locally — keep backups of anything irreplaceable before converting.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is zero).
The site loads open-source libraries from third-party CDNs and may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
