This Privacy Policy describes how DearHua Tools ("we", "our", "this site", available at dearhua.com) handles information when you use our free online tools. The short version: we collect no personal data from you, and your files never leave your device.
None. We operate no user accounts, no sign-ups, no newsletters, no contact forms that store data, and no analytics that identify you personally.
Every tool on this site (image/video converters and compressors) runs entirely inside your web browser using WebAssembly. Files you select are read from your device into browser memory, processed locally, and never transmitted to our servers — because there is no upload server to send them to.
We do not set any cookies ourselves.
Third parties described below (content delivery networks and advertising partners) may set their own cookies or use similar technologies. Your browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies at any time; blocking them will not break our tools.
Our pages load open-source software libraries from public CDNs (currently jsDelivr). When your browser fetches these files, the CDN operator may log standard technical data such as your IP address, in accordance with its own privacy policy. This is inherent to how the web works and is not data we receive or store.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare processes standard web-request data (such as IP addresses and request metadata) to deliver pages securely, mitigate attacks, and enforce rate limits, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not have access to analytics that identify individual visitors.
Our tools are general-purpose utilities not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no personal data at all, we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through some other channel, contact us and we will delete it.
Since we store no personal data about you, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you contact us for any reason, we will use your message only to respond and will not retain it longer than necessary.
We may update this policy from time to time (for example, when we begin serving ads or add new features). The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
