Questions, bug reports and suggestions are welcome. DearHua Tools is a small project, and the fastest way to reach us is on X (formerly Twitter).

1. What to contact us about

• Bug reports — a tool failed, produced a broken file, or behaved unexpectedly on your device.
• Tool suggestions — a conversion or editing task you wish the site could do.
• Business cooperation — partnerships, advertising and other business inquiries.
• Privacy questions — anything about how the site handles data (the short version is in our Privacy Policy).

2. How to reach us

Message us on X: @DearHua2025. Public replies and direct messages are both fine.

We do not currently offer phone support or a contact form. And because every tool runs locally in your browser, we never need your files — please do not send us personal files when reporting a problem; a description of the file type and size is enough.

3. Before you write

Many common questions are answered in the FAQ section at the bottom of each tool page. If you are reporting a bug, including your browser and version, your device (phone or computer), and the file format and size you were working with helps us reproduce the problem much faster.
